Air Manager allows users to design personalized flight simulator instrument panels right on their iPad. These panels can seamlessly connect to popular simulators such as X-Plane, FS2020, Prepar3d, or FSX.
One can utilize the iPad as a primary instrument panel while using the computer monitor solely for an external view, or as a secondary com stack to conveniently adjust frequencies via the iPad touch screen. Air Manager offers a wide array of over 1000 complimentary instruments. Building, customizing, and managing one's instrument panel takes just minutes. Users can effortlessly save their configurations and switch between them with ease.
This user-friendly platform eliminates the need for complex settings or the hassle of downloading and configuring third-party applications. Essential plugins can be easily downloaded at no cost from the official website, providing an all-in-one solution.
The flexibility to position instruments wherever desired is at one's disposal. By simply tapping to add an instrument to the canvas, rearranging by dragging and dropping, and scaling with a pinch gesture, customization becomes straightforward.
In addition to the copious free instruments available (which are continually expanding), users can take advantage of features such as Buttons, Switches, and Knobs to enhance the realism of their Flight Simulation experience. These controls enable users to manage various aspects of the simulator directly from the 2D panels, including setting radio frequencies, adjusting the altimeter, manipulating switches, and operating the autopilot.
The Air Manager plugin is compatible with major operating systems - Microsoft Windows, Mac OSX, and Linux - supporting both 32-bit and 64-bit versions. It seamlessly integrates with renowned simulators like Laminar Research X-Plane 9, 10, and 11, Microsoft FSX, and Lockheed Martin Prepar3D.
